Union Bank Of India — Can not able to print fee receipt | |||||
Sir; my son name is tarun kumar tiwari and his date of birth[protected]. He is a student of kv. I pay fee some time in bank branch by cash and sometime through online. I am a govt servent so i am uthorise to find re embersment of school fee through claim alongwith recipt. But i am unable to print recipt of my online payment. When i am trying to fill my son's detail and logine it says 'student detail mismatch'. I have two student unique id no - [old-[protected]] when my son is in kv no-2 gaya[bihar] than after my transfer in 2016 june my son take addmition in kv no-2 belley road patna. And his new student unique id no-[new-[protected]]. When i am trying to login for print recipt with old unique id its opened and says no payment record found. And when i trying to login with new student unique id it says student details mismach. Kindiy solve my problum. Thankyou. Was this information helpful? | |||||
