Union Bank Of India — Deduction of amount and non generation of bill-reg

This is from R.Krishnakumaran F/O R.K.Nandhana (studying in VII std, KV-1 trichy) I paid my daughter school fees Rs1800 for first quarter (Apr-Jun 2017) through online on 10.04.2017. Amount was deducted from my account. Bill was not generated. The amount was not refunded in my account till date. Hence it is requested to do the needful to refund the amount please. For information the following details are furnished.
1. Student I.D.No.[protected] 2.Transaction I.D. ISBT [protected].

pls note i transfered Rs.10000/-through Neft to the A/c [protected] wrongly on 13/02/2017 instead of transferring correct A/c no [protected] so pls make transfer the same Amount to the correct A/c no [protected].please do the needfull and sorry for the inconvenience

I am not able to pay fees for quarter April to June 2017 after opening the UBI Fees collection Page. I have put the unique ID Number of the student and put the date of birth and filled up captcha. But the page is not allowing me to login. Please resolve the issue for making fees payment within the stipulated time.
