Dear sir/madam Yesterday on 15/01/2017 at 15:41 I am book the train ticket from IRCTC website through Union Bank of India Internet Banking (Virtual Card). But the ticket was not confirmed but my money was deduction from my account. I try so money time to ad money in our paytm wallet but not secced. then i did call to our brach there contact number is parmanent disconected. how i contact our branch without physical visit. if your bank unable for service to costomer so i will close our account and open account on other bank. even your branch phon number is not correct.
