Union Bank Of India — Detected balance my account but payment not done

My account no.-[protected]. I have payment done august month in paytm rs. 500. Paytm wallet not added money but bank detected my account. My bank transaction id to against provide my net banking account-s29538198. And transaction description - pos:paytm/noida/[protected] provide my net bnaking is this. I have complaint ubi online complaint in 23 august 2016 i. E. Complaint no.[protected] provide me. They not any response to my complaint.
Please solve this issue this is my humble request to you
