[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — harassment by union bank and union bank customer care | |||
To, The union bank Sub-harasment Respected sir, Most humbly ans respect fully. I beg to say that amount of rs 3000/- has been credit in my account no - [protected], on 1st september 2018. At same day money has been deducted from my this account. I dont know the reason Behind it. And i didnt get any notificaton about the transactions. Then i check my balance n i see only 250 rs are left in That account, then that same day i call customer care and also i twitter for my further information of my account. Due to Holiday i wait till 3 september, then next day on 4th september, i visit my khagaul branch they give me the information That my money has been diducted through atm machine. But the day when my money is diducted, my atm card was whole day in My purse. I used to visit branch day after one always. After two week i visit regional office o[censored]nion bank of india patna . There they told me that my money was diducted from atm clonning (Atm data has been hacked from atm machine) they told me To wait for some days. After that i again visit my khagaul branch and i give this information to the bank manager Personally, bank manager said that"sorry i cant help u in this, i m totally"helpless"dont visit the branch. I will inform U as my self". Today is 1st october and mt claim nuber still pending. I am totally harasment bank and bank manager and Bank manager said "jis din hum action lenge na accha acha action nhi lega" Sir i am a student and i need help rs 3000/- is a big ammount for me. Its very valuable to me also. I[censored] think that this Is a joke then u may enquiry about this. So sir please help me to get rid from this.
