Union Bank Of India — lackadaisical response to internet banking malfunctioning | |||||
Post the changes made in the UBI website we are facing innumerable problems and above all the web site going off very often. As a consequence we were unable to pay the Prof Tax on time and had great difficulty paying Income Tax. Several mails and phone calls to the Mumbai office and senior personnel remain unattended as they do not care about the customers. The CMD makes a speech saying they have the best internet banking in India but the truth is that not a single customer will vouch for it nor will any of their staff in the branches. A shoddy software has been bought by UBI may be under coercion from some Finance Ministry officials. A thorough enquiry is imperative to ascertain why customers are being put through such difficulty by UBI. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Lekin pahala payment 2400/- mera account se debit ho Gaya Lekin uska rasid muze nahi mila.
Mene dobara payment karane ke Baad payment successful huaa.i request sir please refund my 2400/-. T id BDIPG/NB[protected]/KENDRIYAV.

Got this card in 2017 august and loaded Rs.5000 and with lot of difficulty booked few tickets and now when i wanted to close and get my money refunded its not working it always says we are sorry try after sometime but i get otp on my mobile...
