My name is gunji anil, in my bank account I have 6565 rs, i id a transaction of just 10rs but my amount debit 5000 for the online transaction through debit card, so please solve my problem, any body hacked my account please solve my issue

i made a payment of 6562 on August 3, our payment to tata capital company through paytm was also cut 10 days and our money was not returned whenever payment have canceled.
