My name is Devesh Kumar singh. I ordered a product of skull crushers over the ear Bluetooth headphones from amazon on 15th june 2018 . I cancelled the prodeuct due to some reason. On 18th june amazon sent an email stating they had refunded the the balance of Rs 9505 with the reference no. 74332748170816907881511. I called the customer care o[censored]nion bank of india they told me no such money has been credited to my account . I called amazon customer care they said they credited the amount and suggested me file a charge dispute complaint . The amount to be credited is Rs9505 . Account No. - [protected] Ifsc code - UBIN05308241 Mobile no.-[protected] Sir, please help me get my refund back.
