Union Bank Of India — money not received from atm due to atm machine problem and not got it back after many complaints | |||
I get pension from union bank, d. A. V. College, muzaffarnagar branch. I send my Son to withdraw money from my account on 1st february, 2019. He went to withdraw Money by a. T. M. Card from a. T. M. O[censored]nion bank of india, court road, muzaffrnagar Branch at 12:00 pm. He tried to withdraw rs. 20000, but due to machine problem money Was not dispanced, and timed out message was on the screen. My son again tried to Withdraw rs. 10000, even this time the money was not dispanced, and the same message Was on the screen. My son left the a. T. M. After cancellation of that transaction. At 2:30 p. M. He again went to the same a. T. M. And tried to withdraw rs. 10000. He got the given amount. Again he tried to withdraw rs. 10000, but a message of Insufficient fund was displayed on the screen while near about rs. 14000 were left In my account. My son could not make complaint on tolfree no. After many attempts. He contacted an officer of the related bank and told her about the problem. The bank Officer said to wait 24 hours to get money back. After 24 hours, next day on contacting the officer she asked for request in written And registered the complaint through the computer and said to wait for one week. One week later, when we contacted her, she told that money is withdrawn. Then my son Again tried to contact the customer care then they said to contact the branch where my A/c exists. We went there and told about the problem. Then the same above procedure Was done by an officer of that branch. She also said us to wait for about one week. After one week even she said the money is withdrawn while we did not withdraw or Got money then where is that amount. We are suffering due to atm machine fault. I don't get my refund of Rs 247 my refund promise date is 2 may but I don't get it please refund my amount as soon as possible I bought from Amazon and this is fraud company please don't ignore it and solve my problem otherwise I complain to consumer court for Amazon. I wish you solve my problem please thank you
I have submitted the cheque on 6th of May and till date it has not been cleared. When I visit the branch they say that it is because of software update.
