1. Complaint number:20169128 Transaction date:[protected] Amount: 3091 Merchant: freecharge.in Complaint number:20169128 I was paying the bangalore electricity bill when the transaction failed. The above mentioned amount was deducted from my account. Freechage has mailed me that the refund is processed from their end, but i have not yet received my money in the account. Freecharge has given me the merchant id below: fcea[protected] The money is not yet refunded. I have called customer care several times but no help they have just lodged the complaint (Number as mentioned above) For which i would like to mention another incident. Case 2 Case id: 20169128 Transaction date:[protected] Complaint date:[protected] Amount: rs 222 Merchant: paytm.com I was adding money to my paytm wallet using the same rupay card linked to my bank account. The money didn't get added to paytm and money was refunded to the bank. Paytm mentioned they have not received any such amount and i should talk to my bank. I did raise the concern and followed up like 20 times but no one is helping. They just said i have to mail rbi and talk to them. I have to follow up with rbi not the bank. It has been more than 40 days and no sign of my money being refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
