Union Bank Of India — Not Got refund of failed upi transaction | |||
Account no-[protected] Name-Shivam Singh Sir/Mam i was transferring money from phonepe app which uses upi to transfer money but due to some reasons the transaction was failed but my money was debited from the account on 15th Oct for 2900 INR and i got a message from bank that my transaction is reversed with reference id[protected] but even after 10 days I haven't received the money in my account, i tried to call the helpline but they got no helpful answers i even tried to lodge complaint through upi app but it won't load, I'm a student i am writing this because i know you could help me, please. Just help me I'm in very urgent need of those money i have to fill my exam form with that money i hope you'll escalate my problem asap. I tried to lodge complaint through upi app but when i click on debit tab it shows error occured transaction timed out and couldn't lodge complaint, please help me or I'll now take a legal action Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||

Transfer amount dated 27.10.2016 this ref. Id[protected]/id[protected]/id[protected] debit in my account but not credit in our transfer amount in other a/c [protected] of baroda bank sec-2 ballabagarh faridabad and our a/c [protected] union bank of india sec-7 faridabad our mobile no [protected]
