Union Bank Of India — Payment failed for their prepaid irctc card not refunding the money

I made transaction using this stupid irctc prepaid card on 31st jan amounting to 527.90 which got failed and i never got the refund back into my prepaid card for that failure till date 3 months now.

Also i made two transactions on 1st may amounting to 522.90 of which one got failed and the other got success. But i never got the refund money back into my prepaid account for the first failure.

I have mailed them on [protected]@unionbankofindia.com. The stupid customer card care does understand the query and keep replying send us screen shot of cancellation of ticket. I explained the person in layman language that it is a refund against transaction failure and not cancellation.

IF YOU STILL HAVING PROBLEMS IN RECEIVING THE MONEY BACK, KINDLY INFORM THEIR CVO(CHIEF VIGILANCE OFFICER) via LETTER.

You will get a response or refund within a few days.

ITS A GOOD BANK, they would take some time, thats all

Deposit Rs.1800/-forkvs fees against id no [protected] through e payment. Amount has been deducted from my a/c but transaction shows cancelled. So refund amount in my a/c. Thanks.

Union Bank Of India — Amount deducted twice

22 June 2015, 3.04 pm I made a Vodafone bill payment online and the amount of 577 rs is been deducted twice. I tried calling customer care manier times, none responded. Pls look into n refund the amount.
