Union Bank Of India — problem with kv fees online for january - march 2020

I paid fees for vaishnavi p v, through online fees payment portal o[censored]bi bank.
She is a student of class 8 kendriya vidyalaya number 2 belgaum cantt.

Dob - 01/04/2006

Fees payment date - 04/01/2020

I paid the fees by google pay upi
And i got message of debiting of money rupees 1800 from my bank account.
Payment proof file is attached as image.
But when i open fees portal it said payment initiated but not completed.
I waited for 24 hours but still the problem is not resolved.
I have also written a mail to them.
And i have also called on their customer care number several times
But they are not giving any response.
I request you to please resolve this issue as fast as possible.
