My name vudayagiri pradeep Bank -union bank of india( previously andhra bank) Branch - Ad building branch, tirupati Acc no - [protected] Ifsc code - UBIN0823066 I have purchased a product from Amazon and I have returned the product, they have issued my refund of 2299 INR on 23-06-21 but I haven't receive my refund. So I contacted Amazon, they gave me a refund reference number (UTR[protected]. To file a complaint on Bank because of my transaction is not showing by filing charge dispute form but the Bank has no idea about this form. So Iam raising complaint here please help-me for getting my refund I am attaching the image of mail that i got from amazon regarding my refund and money is on bank side.
