Union Bank Of India — refund not credited my bank account

My name is (Rita banerjee) and i had ordered a product of rs. (13999) (Samsung galaxy m30s) in amazon on (28 sep 2019) & i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on (30 sep 2019) amazon initiated the amount to my rupay card in amount rs 12799 and 1200 credited my amazon pay cashback but i still didn't get the money on bank account. Amazon sent this reference number #0rzv1aaw0000k0p2lie6 and told me to fill charge dispute form but union bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [[protected]]. My bank account no is [protected]. Branch - barijhati

If you go to fix your account for the last one month, then the manager arrives tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. staff mis behaviour and so bad service. For union bank Sathioan Branch manager also talk so baad language.
