Union Bank Of India — refund not received for 30 days | |||
I have made payment of my SBI credit card for Rs 23520 on 26th Feb from my UNION BANK OF INDIA Debit card through PAYTM. The transaction failed but the money was debited from my Account. I had raised complaint at Union Bank on 28th Feb. The complaint number was[protected]. I was told to wait for 20 days for resolution. On 22nd March they issued me another complaint number [protected] and then they very casually closed the complaint on 27th March by saying that they are not able to track the money and so it will be with Paytm. Their customer care had no clue about how to track the number. They are not telling me how to track my money Was this information helpful? | |||
