Union Bank Of India — Regarding payment cut from account for a failed transaction and not credit till now | |||||
My name is rahul yadav. I have my saving account in union bank of india. My account number is: [protected]. I have transfer 5500/- rs in my paytm account on 12/01/2017 but it shows fail in paytm although this amount debited from my saving account and not credit (Return) till now. After it i complain in customer care and register there my complaint (Complaint no.[protected] they say's don't worry your amount will credit in your account within 15 days. But it not done. After it when i call them they say next 3 day but till now i don't receive my amount in my account, please take action and solve my problem. I hope you will soon respond to my request.
