On 29th october, 2016 i made a payment of rs. 1050.00 to uppcl through my debit card. The card get swiped but the payment was not made to uppcl. Hence, rs.1050 got deducted from my saving bank a/c-[protected]. The balance after the payment was 2224.00 cr. I give my debit card for the payment of dominos pizza but payment could not because of low surver but my payment deduct two time of 274*2 rs.
