Rs.2080 was debited twice on 5.7.2017 for payment of same cesc bill through Payumoney. Complaint was lodged but refund is not available still now. I am attaching herewith the cesc feedback report in which the authority claims that no double payment has yet been received from their end regarding this issue. My contact no.
