Union Bank Of India — Unable to take print of KV fees receipt @ Union Bank Of INDIA

I have paid fees of Rs 2400/- for second quarter for Mr. S TARUN, ID- [protected] D.O.B- 25/08/2001 through debit card on 1st Jan 2016. The amount has been deducted and fees receipt also generated but am unable to print fees receipt due to web page expired.

I therefore request you to solve the problem so that we can submit the receipt on time.

Please please please solve my problem as early as possible so that I can submit my print copy to my daughter's school

The amount has been deducted but the status says Cancel Transaction. I have mailed 2 times to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but no reply received, I have call your toll free no. no one able to answer properly simply telling mail to kvhelpdesk. I am unable to print fee slip.

I have paid kvs fee through online by internet banking(SBI) and get the msg that paid successfully. When I am trying to print the receipt but no response from online and just shown as make payment option. Please resolve these issue earlier.
