Sir I paid 1825 Rs by sbi credit card for vii class fee of kv sadiq nagar delhi date on 26/04/2016 but I can't receive paid receipt please generate my paid receipt

I have paid KV fee of 1st qtr, 2nd qtr and 3rd qtr for my ward ( id: [protected], DOB-13/08/2007 Name-Shana IV and School-KV No-1 Dehu road) through sbi net banking. Now I shifted to my child to KV, Ezhimala, Kerala on Oct 2015. (New ID is [protected]). I take print out the admission receipt and last qtr fees receipt of new school. But I am unable to print out the old ID fees receipt. Urgent required for receipt for claim of fees. please help me.

I have paid Rs.1800/- online thru PNB Debit card on 02/04/16 and got message from PNB that successfully paid Rs.1800/- for kenriya vidyalaya but while going to take print receipt it is shown that "Either you have not paid fees or no record found" I have mailed to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but no reply received, I have call your toll free no. no one able to answer properly simply telling mail to kvhelpdesk. kindly resolve the problem at the earliest as School is asking for copy. student id:[protected]. I have paid kv fee online for 4th quarter for 2015-16 (January to March, 2016) for UIDs- [protected] (Rs.2, 400/-), [protected] (Rs.1800/-) and [protected](Rs.1800/-) AND for first quarter for 2016-17(April to June, 2016) for UID-[protected](Rs.2, 400/-) and [protected](Rs.1800/-) but I could not get print out of the payment receipts. Debited amount status of my bank A/C

On my UBI account dt.22.03.2016 debited Rs.10306/-by transfer i know through SMS, then i go to branch and asking them in which A/C transfer money but no one cooperate with me, i go to branch 2 to 3 time no result.

I want to know status of my debited amount.

I have paid Rs-1800/- though ICICI bank Debit Card on 5/7/2016 at 12.26pm got message from ICICI bank that Successfully paid Rs-1800/- But No Pay receipt . so please help me to print my receipt.
