I have paid Rs.3000/- online thru HSBC credit card on 26/6/15and got message from HSBC that successfully paid Rs.3000/- for kenriya vidyalaya but while going to take print receipt it is shown that "Either you have not paid fees or no record found" I have mailed to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but no reply received, I have call your toll free no. no one able to answer properly simply telling mail to kvhelpdesk. kindly resolve the problem at the earliest as School is asking for copy. student id:[protected] D.O.B.:14/08/1999 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

While taking Payment Receipt it shows transaction failed, invalid Authentication at bank, Transaction ID IUPG[protected] & IUPG[protected] Dtd. 15/04/2017. sir i paid Rs-1800 for the Quarter-1(April-June) and Rs-1800 for the Quarter-3(oct-Dec)2016 but i can not receive receipt of paid amount please generate my both paid receipt SUID -[protected]
I am unable to take print out of the challans of KV-Fee payment by using the following information. Students UID- [protected], DOB- 16/09/2010. the message comes that "Student Details Mismatch...". But i am sure that I have provided the correct details of the student. Please help me.

I paid fee for Quarter 4 of amount 1800, but in the payment history it is mentioned in the status 'initiated but not completed' and amount has been deducted from my account. Please find the attached screenshot for the payment history status for Quarter 4 2020-21
