Sir i am madan gopal pandey i tried to draw rs 1000/- from pnb atm on dt 26/10/17 evening due to malfunctioning and intermittent atm and delay in key response i left pnb atm and went to nearby hdfc atm and rs1000/- withdrawn but in message to my mob number it is showing rs 10000/- debit.
