Unisyn Enterprise — tata sky connection refund

Hi team, i have taken tata sky connection from one of the dealer unisyn enterprises. I have paid the amount of 2200 on 19th jan'20 and even after waiting for 1 month i didn't get the connection. So i have cancelled the request and asked the refund. One of the unisyn service provider told me that your request for refund has initiated and she said it will take 25 working days to get the refund. But still i didn't get the amount. I tried calling the customer service number but i am always saying mobile is switched off. Please do the needful asap.
