Hi team, i have taken tata sky connection from one of the dealer unisyn enterprises. I have paid the amount of 2200 on 19th jan'20 and even after waiting for 1 month i didn't get the connection. So i have cancelled the request and asked the refund. One of the unisyn service provider told me that your request for refund has initiated and she said it will take 25 working days to get the refund. But still i didn't get the amount. Unisyn enterprises executive named sai prashanth has visited my office representing tata sky and offered me with lots of benefits with tatasky and given assurance of his genuinity and collected an amount of rs 2164/- and promised of installation within 2 working days but, since two days i am trying to call and reach him, he is not answering the calls and no response till date... I was conveyed below information and confirmation for applying for new connection,

Recently, i paid 2259 amount via paytm upi transaction on 17 august 2019 for new tata sky connection. Executive name is kapil karle. ([protected]) he told that you will get confirmation from tata sky and installation will be done in 3 days but till now no response. Also communicated with tata sky they told that your request is not received contact dealer.

So could you please refund my money so i can go for another dealerbr...

I am an existing customer of tata sky, yesterday a executive came in with set-up box updation. After couple of benefits she told to upgrade with a buy back plan which costed me for 2259-/.

Hi my name is Poonam balani 29may, 2019 I applied for two new connection one of your Unisyn enterprise agent came to us and taken documents. I have payed amount of rs. 4350 /- for hindi bundal pack through Paytm . still now on one had called me Amy information regarding. I am also also sending copies what u have given to me.

Person nagaraju from unisyn enterprise explained us the portability of changing from videocon d2h to tatasky hd and collected an amount of 2640/- from me for the installation and 2months premium hd pack and also explained us that the amount from videocon prepaid 1200/- will carry forward to tatasky account on every friday 250/- per week, till date this person has not turned up and not receiving my calls, after complaining it to tatasky i...
