Unisyn Enterprise — amount paid for tata sky installation - no response till date - requesting refund

A company executive from UNISYN came to me and explained about the TataSky subscription. I selected Tamil & Telugu HD package (TBHD) and paid the amount 2164/- rs through Paytm to UNISYN on[protected]. TransactionID:[protected]. Order ID: [protected]. Representative Name is M Damodhar Reddy, Mob: [protected], [protected]. I have been trying to contact them, but they are not responding back to me. Kindly help me to get the refund back.
