Unisyn Enterprises — Money not refunded

I have paid rs.2351 to unisyn enterprises for tata sky connection. Later we decided not to take connection. Hence we have requested refund from unisyn enterprises. It's been more than 6 months i have neither connection not refund.

Please help me for refund. Receipt will be attached.
