Unisyn Enterprises — No refund no response for Tata Sky package for cancellation

I got package from Unisyn Dealer for Tata sky with incorrect information, I had paid 3980/- via GPay
after looking at review and incorrect information I have cancelled this package but I am not getting answered by dealer leady.
I have dropped an email to [protected]@qaspl.com but no response.
