Hi team,

I had booked the connection on 21st march 2019 for new tata sky connection when the agent pradyna patil visited my home with the offer. I explicitly asked i need the connection in june and the agent stated ask the tata sky team to hold the installation. Receipt no. 304632, booked under the name of snehal battul. Now i need a refund of inr. 2072.

Now i am trying to contact the agent but not getting a response over the phone.

I had to pay again for the connection when tata sky official came to install the dish.

Request you to please look into and help me get my refund back.
