Hi This is Venkat Ram from Hyderabad, I have given the cheque for rupees 2200/- towards Unisyn Enterprises on 3rd Dec 2015, the given cheque no. 603507 from citi bank has been claimed by Unisyn Enterprises and till not nobody has come for installation of tata sky. When I am trying to call up the Unisysn Enterprises Executive Mr, Iswar who is from S.R. Nagar hyderabad he is not lifting the call he has given the tata sky invoice receipt number 121759. and when I am trying to call up the customer care we are not getting any response from the call center and nobody is lifting the call and they were disconnecting the call. on 16/06/16, one agent (her name is Aparna - [protected]) came to our shop and she explaind spl offer price Rs.2200.00(see the attached file for details..) and holiday trip .but till now i didnt get installation.on 24/7/2016, i tried to call aparna she gave a cusutomer care no due to resigned her job.

i tried to CC no [protected]. they told" we did nt get any information on your mobile no.[protected]. so please call to aparna for further details.. after that i tried to call her phone is busy and switched off.

i dont want to installation . kindlyrefund the money as early as possible.

    We have paid a sum of Rs.2, 300/- towards dish, STB and One Year Telecast Subscription on[protected] in favor of M/s. Unisyn Enterprises of APPCO Group India vide their receipt no.029638 dated[protected] through my cheque bearing No.00017 dated[protected], to their representative Mr. Ramandeep Singh, the service is not initiated till date i.e.,[protected].

    The cheque has been passed by my bank. I have contacted M/s. Unisyn Enterprises on mobile No.[protected], which they have never picked up & their representative Mr Ramandeep, whose number() is switched off. Till date nothing has been initiated.

    As there is no response either from the Dealer M/s. Unisyn Enterprises, or from the Technical personnel who have to install the dish, I request M/s. Tata Sky to instruct M/s. Unisyn to refund my money immediately without any delay or set up the connection AS SOON AS POSSIBLE since the services have not been initiated as of[protected].

      Having paid a sum of rs.3, 190/- towards dish, stb and one year telecast subscription on[protected] in favour of m/s. unisyn enterprises of appco group india vide their receipt no.012725 dated[protected] through my cheque bearing no.869247 dated[protected] of state bank of hyderabad, exhibition grounds branch, to their representative mr. d. srikanth, staff no. hytd[protected], the service is not initiated till date i. e.,[protected]. the cheque has been realised by my bankers on[protected]. i have contacted m/s. unisyn enterprises on mobile no.[protected], who have informed that the services will be initiated and the dish will be installed in a day or two. till date nothing has been initiated. i have sent mail to [protected]@tatasky.com explaining the matter. they have replied to contact to[protected] from where i can get the status of my new connection installation. i called them on 7-6-2013 i. e., yesterday and they have informed that the matter is being redirected to the technical personnel who will get in touch with me in a couple of hours.

      As there is no response either from the dealer m/s. unisyn enterprises, or from the technical personnel who have to install the dish, i request m/s. tatasky to instruct m/s. unisyn to refund my money immediately without any delay since the services have not been initiated as of[protected].

      Tata Sky — Non installation of dish

      My name is Shabbir Motiwala, [protected]@rediffmail.com, I have on the 18th April made a payment of RS 13299.00 for two Tata sky hd boxes and a full one year subscription fees, tata sky no is [protected], on payment was told that within 5 days the dish would be installed, after not getting any call for 3days I started calling the help line repeatedly and all occasions I was assured that some one would call me the next day and the dish would be installed, but no one till today has called, when asked to refund the money I was told it would take 10 working days to refund... When it took me 30 secs to pay them why should they take such a long time to refund my money and they would obviously not pay me any interest on it. Could you pl help me out.. I feel like I am being cheated on my hard earned money.

      Even I have being duped by UniSyn Enterprises for 1801 to convert the standard TataSky Box to HD box for which I had paid the amount on 09-Sep-13 and till date (10-Oct-13) there is no response from them.
      I just spoke to the TataSky Call Center and they said they will either provide me an refund or will provide the HD box.
      I insisted on knowing whether Unisys Enterprises is their associate marketing company or not?
      The TataSky executive has confirmed that UniSyn is not their associate company, then not sure how come they are using TataSky Logo and company id cards for their employees and duping people in the market.
      This is TataSky's responbility to make public aware that there is fraud company out there, but even TataSky is silent on the issue means there is something really fishy going on between TataSky and Unisyn Enterprises.
      Writing this to make all aware and avoid the trouble people like me have already faced.

      Having paid a sum of Rs.3, 530/- towards dish, TAT SKY and One Year Telecast Subscription on 13.10.2013 in favour of M/s. Unisyn Enterprises of APPCO Group India vide their receipt no.021949 dated 13.10.2013 through my cheque bearing No.026113 dated 13.10.2013 of State Bank of Travancore, Vashi, to their representative Mr. Nilesh Saxena, Staff No. MMTD[protected], the service is not initiated till date i.e., 19.10.2013. The cheque has been realised by my bankers on 18.10.2013. I got a confirmation call on 16.10.2013 to deposit cheque and install the dish, who have informed that the services will be initiated and the dish will be installed in a day or two. .We have contacted on ph no[protected] and such no does not exists. No mobile no given by representative as he said it is not to be disclosed as per your company rules. We contacted Tata Sky no [protected] and they said it is not registered.As there is no response either from the Dealer M/s. Unisyn Enterprises, or from the Technical personnel who have to install the dish, I request M/s. Tatasky to instruct M/s. Unisyn to refund my money immediately without any delay since the services have not been initiated as of 19.10.2013

      Hi,
      A representative by the name of Sumit Rajput from APPCO had visited our premises on 29th September 2014. I applied for a new HD connection (Application Number 58010) and gave him a cheque for Rs 2450/-, which got realized by my bank on 07th October 2014.
      Though the form mentions that the installation will be done within 8-10 working days, its been 15 working days today but no one has called me for installation except for a verification call.
      I tried reaching the Tata Sky customer service but they don't seem to have any information regarding my application and asked me to connect with Unisyn Enterprises. I even called the Unisyn Office Helpline numbers 42449919/9922 mentioned on the form and also on [protected] but not able to get thru.

      I am totally helpless here. PLEASE HELP GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.

      Hi,
      Even I am facing the same issue of NON INSTALLATION of TATA SKY HD after 15 working days. Reference Application Number: 58010.
      The cheque of Rs 2450/- has been encashed already on 07th Oct 2014 but no one has called me till date for installation except for a verification call.
      When I called TATA SKY customer care, they dont seem to have my application details. The other numbers mentioned on the form, are not reachable.

      Someone please help here.

      As discussed after calling to customer care, I am sending this mail to TATA SKY. Facing a fraud type of problem, I had a salesman visiting to my premises with the name as "Ravi singh" claiming that he is from an authorised dealer of TATA SKY and dealer name is Unisyn enterprises. The cheque was given on 1st Feb 2015, And today is 6th Feb 2015. the amount has been debited and the number that he has given in not responding.

      By trusting that guy i have asked my cable operator to cut the connection and other end their is no response from Unisyn enterprises. The amount 4300 has already been deducted from my account on 5th Feb 2015. Cheque details are already mentioned in the attachment. Kindly help me out for the connection or else i have to make the decision of reclaiming my amount 4300 and raising the complaint against Unisyn enterprises.

      This is FRAUD case and i am filling POLICE complain against the Dealer and the salesman. Don't trust any dealer's of TATA SKY.

      Its primary competitors are cable television and other DTH service providers – Airtel digital TV, Dish TV, Sun Direct, Reliance Digital TV, DD Direct+ & Videocon D2H.

      It currently offers 281 SD channels, 25 HD channels and 1 3D VOD channel along with other many active services (as of December 2014). On 4 July 2014 it became the first DTH in India to broadcast Live FIFA World Cup 2014 First quarter final match in 4K UHD as a technological demonstration and expects to roll out 4K broadcast in 2015. Tatasky had already entered into an agreement with French firm Technicolor to supply 4K Set Top Boxes from early 2015.[3]
      I have taken the TATASKY connection from Unisyn enterprises on 1-1-2015. I got the connection within 7 days. So far I have not got any problem regarding the service.

But till today Dish is not installed. No response to phone calls. TATA SKY help line representative told me to contact the dealer. So many complaints lodged on this dealer.       Hi all,

      Did any of you who have been affected by the fraud company Unisyn enterprises have launched any complaint with the police by far to stop them from cheating other people. Even i am one of the person who got cheated by them recently with amount Rs.2850. I realized they have been going around since 2013 with the same cock and bull stories and looting off our hard earned money. I feel this company has to be investigated by the police and look for ways to stop them from cheating people all over India like this. This company representatives and agents have to be arrested for fraud and the enterprises have to be sealed from operating ever again. I am from Hyderabad who is thinking of launching police compliant against these frauds.

      P.S Did any of you get the cash refunded back to you. If you have received back plz let me know how you have managed to do that?

      @ vandhana yes! unisyn is a fraud company.i too believed their talk and gave a check but soon learned about their tactics and stopped payment.There are many like us around city who got duped by this fraud company.Unisyn is associated with quality application solutions pvt.ltd and appco.i spoke with another victim who is planning to file against them.
      Hi All !

      I got two connections for Rs. 4070 on 14/10/2018 and was told that would receive a call on 15/10/2018. Till today when i did not receive any call I called the TATA SKY people and they told that they did not have and connection request in my name and that I should contact the UNISYN people. Tried their no given on the receipt but not getting connected. The representative Prasann Kumar I'm sure gave a fraudulent mobile no. as that no. too is not gtng connected. After reading all the above complaints now I'm too having a gut feeling that I have been duped and if tomorrow morning these UNISYN people do not answer my call I will definitely register a complaint against the company and this representative.
      Non installation of Tata sky - 2 dishes TV connection from Unisyn enterprises till date in Bangalore

      We paid Rs.3990/- for 2 tata sky dish TV connection on 17th Feb 19 & we were told that the installations will be completed in 2-3 days time.
      After repeatedly following for 3 days with the manager -Balakrishna ( cell number[protected], he kept on postponing & now he is not even responding to phone calls. Unisyn is highly unethical & un-professional company, i request Tata sky to black list this dealer & give ads in all leading news paper & instruct people not to pay any advance to the people representing this company.
      Even i will give this complaint to Consumer forum & will request all consumers to stay cautious of this company.
      Beware o[censored]nisyn & don't pay any advance to these people. They are cheaters & fraudsters.

      Unisyn Enterprises — refund of money paid for tatasky connection

      One of executive from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 2nd October, 2019 by name SUKRUTH.
      He has asked to pay the money Rs 2164/- through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now after more than two months also connection is not fixed at my home. After repeated calls from my end to sukruth and team, I came to know she left the office long back. He is not responding to my queries in right direction.

      I request unisyn enterprises to refund my money.

      I have read all the comments you all have might face the problem but i purchase 2 connection from unisyn enterprises vikash diyma i paid through the paytm and very next day my connection get installed.

        I request you to kindly arrange to make refund of my amount Rs.1890 immediately as I have cancelled my booking on 03/04/2013 and did not receive my money till now. TATA SKY people said that they already returned the money to M/S. UNISYN ENTERPRISES and the dealer saying that it will take more time to refund. I don't understand why would it take more time. I have cancelled the order on 03/04/2013 and it has been cancelled on 08/04/2013 as per TATA Sky records and the they informed me on 17/04/2013 that they have sent the amount to the dealer. But, I did not get the same. I am an orthopedically handicapped and unable to take risk.

        I request you to do the needful in the matter as it is already took more time.

        I have got my amount after 15 days from the date of posting the complaint. I dint receive mail or message from the company. I tried to remove the complaint. But, I could not find any option. So, please remove my complaint.-RAM MOHAN.P

        I got my amount back as M/S. UNISYN ENTERPRISES are issued a cheque on 30/05/2013 and I got the same on 03/06/1013.

        I report here my own experience.We are having cable connection already with set top box. In the last month a girl and a boy, both about 23-24 years of age came to my flat in my absence and told my wife that the cable connection is no longer legal and you have to shift to TATA SKY dish and hence my wife gave them cheque for Rs.2660 and those people cut our connection and installed a tata dish. But it was not working satisfactorily and the signals were so weak that we were forced to reconnect the cable connection again.
        The girl-Archana Duse and the boy Karan Parmar are now absconding and not responding on mobile saying they have quit the company, etc. In this way they have deceived several people in Bibwewadi (Pune) area.
        I request you to kindly arrange to make refund of my amount Rs.3530/- immediately as I have cancelled my booking on 27/10/2013 and did not receive my money till now. I informed 4/5 times but said i will refund soon but when?

        Dear sir/madam

        my name is sumit verma. I have a purchase new tata sky dish on sep 2018. The marketing man and dealer give me a offer of tata sky hd. I was purchase that offer. In this offer dhamaka packege and he was tell me that 1 year hd chennal is free on your account. And i was purchase it. After 1 month the tata sky company cancelled my hd chennels and tell me that, " only one month give hd chennel to you". The dealer is use 30 mtr warie in my setup box so my account balance is minus running. But the warie is not a good and i have allready warie so cannot purchase other, but dealer and dish fttingman is do as his behavior. And use his waries. And drellling in my house wall. ( the setup box cable point in allready in my house).

        I have complain to tata sky costumer care many time but they are not supporting me. Take action on tata sky and tata sky dealer erlier.
