On 21st august 2019, two men from unisyn enterprises claimed to be tata sky executive have told us about a new set top box of multi tv connection etc.. Giving for 4999rs we being 10yrs customer of tata sky we're offered same box for rs 1909.. They took the payment through card that time and told me after four days it will be installed.. Till date i have not got any calls regarding anyone for installation.. When i called the customer care they say they are not running any offers on set top box like this.. When we call them up they are not lifting phones and not refunded my money also.. Please resolve my issue and get the refund my money.

Giving for 4999rs we being 10yrs customer of tata sky we're offered same box for rs 1850.. They took the payment through paytm that time and told me after five days it will be installed.. Till date i have not got any calls regarding anyone for installation.. When i called the customer care they say they are not running any offers on set top box like this.. When we call them up they are not lifting phones and not refunded my money also.. Please resolve my issue.

We have paid an amount of rs 2200for installation of tata sky services on 15/08/2019. That person has told us that we will get connection within 7 days but as of now it is 12 days still we have not received any connection and setup box. While trying to reach the contact number he was given no one is answering the call. I want to get the refund

I have paid rs 2100/- for subscription on 17 aug 19 via ptm at 17;38 order id[protected] to your agent and no receipt or any confirmation has been received so far. The agent does not pick the call or cuts the call. Please look in to this matter, people will loose trust in tata sky.
Unisyn hyderabad is to be answerable to this complain for hiring such unprofessional and to refund the advance given by me..

I have paid money on 6th april 2019 made a payment of rs 2, 015 for tata sky connection by the dealer unisyn enterprises, again dealer asked to pay rs 200 to get my total money refund back.
Tata sky no[protected], after mutiple times calling to customer care no they told that money refund was done on 24/06/2019 by transaction id:20190624111212801300168633935531490 i checked with paytm customer care they told that refund was done to mr. Srinivas rao he is from unisyn enterprises but i have received money to my account i tried to call them they are not responding plz help me out i want my money back as soon as possible.

40 days back we are paid 2 unisyn enterprises tata sky connections amount. The amount paid to the agent through the phonepe. They are not properly respond that's why we are taken anothers new connections. But they are not pay back to the amount to my account.
What can we do for this amount and agent is not answer the call so please solve the problem and give back to my amount

One of executives from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 10/8/2019 by name madhavarao and johnvictor (Mobile: [protected]). He has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day through paytm. Till now i did not receive any call from tatasky. The executive is not attending my calls and not giving me the current status. I am confused here.

I request unisyn enterprises to refund my money.

One of your executive from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 07th june 2019 by name v. Peddi reddy. He has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now after two months also connection is not fixed at my home. After repeated calls from my end to him and team, i came to know he left the office long back. As he attached other person on the job, he is not responding to my queries in right direction.

I request unisyn enterprises to refund my money.

I brought a TataSky TV Connection from one of your customer executive named V. Peddi Reddy for 2, 250/- on 21st June 2019.
To date, the dish wasn't installed and there is no response from V. Peddi reddy, who never receives my calls.
I hereby request you to give back the money taken for the installation.

I have paid rs.1710/- (1400+310) on 10.07.2019 to unysyn enterprises (Order id[protected]/order form no. 349259) thru pay tm towards new tata sky connection with one month subscription free.
After four days i have called their representative mr ramachandra reddy about the new connection. Later also so many times called. But they have failed to install new connection. As they have failed to install new tata sky connection, during last week july'19, i told their representative mr ramachandra reddy to cancel the order and refund us.
Now even after one month also i didn't get my money of rs.1710/-.
I request you to kindly intervene into this issue and advise them to refund my money of rs.1710/-.

I took the connection from authorised person (Mrs. Rohini) who has came and explained the plans and benefits for the tata sky hd connection and paid the amount of rs. 2200/- through paytm dt 28.07.2019 on unisyn enterprises. With in a week your new connection will be installed the person said but till now no istallation was done and the person is not at all lifting the calls.
When i contacted the tata sky customer care they said that my mobile number is not registered till now.
Hence i request you please refund my money.

I took the connection from authorised person (Mr. Shahnawaj -[protected]) who has came and explained the plans and benefits for the tata sky hd connection. I have taken the connection on my wife name and paid the rs. 2250/- through paytm dt 22.07.2019. The televerification process was done on very next day on 23.07.2019. After a week chase the connection was not installed and when i have asked for the installation they said today evening it will be done or day after tomorrow. But the shameless person not installed the same. When i talked over the customer care of tata sky and explained every thing about this, i was astonished to listen that the form no which unisyn ent. Has given at time of connection not belonging to unisyne ent. It is some elese.
Again on the very next day 4-5 people from unisyn ent. Has came for the same tata sky connection and i askedfor the refund the money they said you have to email on the said id :ts [protected]@qaspl.com but after dail;y reminder they have not response over the single email.
Mr. Shahnawaj who gave the connection has switched off his mobile permanently and the back office no [protected] is not responding to calls.
A group of people organised by some one and making frauds in the name of tata sky
I suggest it should be stopped. I request m/s tata sky instruct to unisyn enterprises to refund the money immediately.

Hi team,

I had booked the connection on 21st march 2019 for new tata sky connection when the agent pradyna patil visited my home with the offer. I explicitly asked i need the connection in june and the agent stated ask the tata sky team to hold the installation. Receipt no. 304632, booked under the name of snehal battul. Now i need a refund of inr. 2072.

Now i am trying to contact the agent but not getting a...

Paid rs 4350 by paytm for primary & secondary connection of tatasky whereas it was mentioned that they received rs 2403only and are asking for recharge.
Amount is paid ms. Srikanya training manager who mentioned it for two months
Please deposit the balance amount to tatasky immediately.

We applied for a new Tata Sky Connection at Shanthi nagar Hyderabad through your authorised dealer M/s Unisyn Enterprises on[protected] application number 352637. we have ordered for 2 connections and paid 3978 for both connections. We were assured that the connection will be completed with in a week and till date no one has turned up nor have we received a call or msg. We tried to cancel the application for connection and seek refund of the amount paid to the Dealer Unisyn through Paytm. We tried calling to Unisyn executives as well as Unisyn office numbers. No one are responding to the calls. Attached below are the numbers of the executive who visited and made us fill up the form. We are expecting a refund of my money as soon as possible. Can you help us here...???

So, kindly resolve the issue or refund my money.

One of executive name m venkatesh from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 14/7/2019 (Mobile: [protected]). He informd me about some new offers provided by tatasky if i book the connection with them. Seeing him promising, i paid rs 4500 to unisyn enterprises on the same day.

His commitments were,
Recharge with rs 340/month and get all hindi and bengoli hd channels and i dont have to recharge separately for 2 set top boxes. He clearly mentioned recharge with rs 340/month for all hindi and bengoli channels and enjoy 1 month of service for both the set top boxes.

After installation i came to know that i have to recharge twice the amount against my id to enjoy 1 month of service on both the set-top boxes. He promised 4k set-top boxes and found the set-top box provided is hd.

When i tried to call the dealer to talk against the fraud and cancel my connection, he abused me to the core and then switched off his mobile.

Please help!

2 members (Anil and Naresh) has visited our houses on 07.07.2019, there told we are from Tata Sky services, we are providing Multi TV connection facility to your ID, there asked to give I'd proof, address proof and Rs. 2100/- amount by paytm, but he not having paytm there asked to pay the amount through ATM, till there are not provided connection. There didn't respond our calls

I am ravi kishore. One lady named k. V. Sravani who said she was training manger o[censored]nisyn enterprises came to my home for selling new connection of tata sky. She made me pay rs 2250/- through paytm. This transaction has been done on may 18th 2019. Till now the connection has not been installed at my home. I requested for cancellation of the connection and refund of my amount. Tatasky says that the cancellation has been done and the refund has been done to the concerned business associate on 13th of june. Till now unisyn enterprises didn't refund the money to my paytm account. Need help in resolving the issue.

One of the excigutive came to my home her name is lavanya[protected] to for new connection of tatasky i made the payment as soon connection has been done again she ask refer for more connection, i take onther connection for my father house in mysore she ask for pay through paytm i have paid aldo on04/06/2019 still not giving connection or refund when i called up she saying 100% will give connection but not after 15 days she give his manager no to contact and after that she’s not picking the call, her manger manish[protected] he is also telling stupid answer telling tomorrow tomorrow after few days he is also not responding properly and now he is not picking the call finally i asked tatasky customer care gave the complaint they told to send what are the documents have should send through mail that also i made they telling its fraud, if its fraud how is the first connection has been done? Finally i was fedup i have texted to mr manager by message i scolded what i have irritated now i don’t know what to do i need connection or refund immediately will you help me please i have attached screenshot of paytm payment and order copy and don’t know is it work blindly adding this complaint

On 28th june 2019, i had 2 executives from unisys enterprises hyderabad visited with a promotional offer and took a check of rs. 2164 for new tata sky connection. 4 days and i do not have the connection nor the executives are answering the calls. I have a ordered for a tata sky connection by P. Ram Mohan who came to home and made an order of
Rs 2164/- on 13-06-19 . But till now I had no connection and the agent Ram Mohan is not lifting the call. Provide the connection or refund the money . This is not the way to cheat customers by this service. Please, Refund the money it has been almost a 20 days that I have ordered.

Unisyn repesentative madam pooja jadhav booked installation of tata sky cable dth connection in the name of my wife dolly gujral. We have tried to contact but no response. Unisyn not replying of our mail also. I have come to know from tata sky that they have reversed our money unisyn enterprises. One Mr.Damodar Reddy.M bearing code no.00218 visited my office at Oriental bank of commerce, Banjara Hills on 19.06.2019 and explained about tata sky connection and i have paid Rs.2165/- through swping of my credit card..online message with link of e-receipt also obtained, but connection not given..He is not picking up his mobile no.[protected].
