Tata sky cable connection is booked through the representative (shailaja ) o[censored]nisyn enterprises order I'd[protected] on 8/6/2019.there is no response till today.two times representative lifted the call but not given confirmation .This looking irresponsible firm. Do the needful.in this list there are lot of people affected with the unisyn .my sincere request is do the install a s early as possible.do the install as early as possible.do the install as early as possible

I have taken a new connection on 11th June 2019 by paying Rs 2200 through your representative B.Bhupathi . I have got a message on 17th June regarding installation of tata sky . But as of now installation has not done. I contacted customer care several times regarding installation but the problem is not rectified till now. There is very poor response. Today the same has initiated the customer care hence i want you to install or refund as earliest.

I have taken a new connection on 3rd april 2019 by paying Rs2100 through your representative pavan kumar corporate trainee code no 00723. Due to some unavoidable reasons i have cancelled the connection and informed customer care and executive. I have sent a mail to customer service on 11 april. I contacted customer care as well as your executive. There is very poor response. Today the same has intiated the customer care hence i request you to refund as earliest. My customer id is [protected].

Sales executives from UNISYN Enterprises Hyderabad were on a marketing promotion on selling the connection at door.
HI I paid an amount of Rs 3870 for the installation of TATA Sky connection. However i haven't received the connection .
I tried to reach them on mobile and email non of them responded to me.
Paid the amount using PAYTM.

Two persons from Unisyn came for selling the Tatasky dish and I paid through PayTM for order number[protected]. Since the installation got delayed I requested for cancellation of order and requested for refund. I have received a phone call after so many days and I am not sure from where I got the call. I wanted to know when the refund will be given back and to what account it will be done. Appreicate quick response.

One of executive mr. Vikas mobile: ([protected]) from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 18/5/2019. He explained about the new tatasky connection scheme and assured about the best service and to avail the tatasky connection, he asked me to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now i did not receive any call from tatasky on the installation neither mr. Vikas is calling and updating me. However when i tried calling him initially he said it will be done in 1-2 days and now it is more than 13 days nothing has happened. Mr. Vikas is not attending my calls also and not giving me the current status. I am feeling cheated by unisyn enterprises and hence i want unisyn enterprises to refund my money immediately and i am not interested in any of their scheme now.

I have paid ₹ 2200/+ 2200/ for installation of tata sky installation one basic hd + one multy tv hd under following receipts on sunday 26/05/2019 :

Unisyn enterprises vide their receipt no. 314453 dated 21.05.2019 through paytm, to their representative Mr. Mohit Kumar, representative code - BA-JATDE11700235. The service is not initiated till date. I have contacted m/s. Unisyn enterprises on phone [protected] many times and the representative Mr. Mohit Kumar on [protected], But there is no response either from the dealer M/s. Unisyn enterprises, or from the technical personnel who have to install the dish, i request m/s. Tata sky to instruct m/s. Unisyn enterprises to refund my money immediately without any delay since the services have not been initiated.

A man came to my house name vijay his phone number[protected]. Now it is switched off. He gave me his company number[protected]. After two to three call his company number person not attending my call. They are not refunding my amount 2020. Theybare cheating so many people. They didn't give me new tata sky connection. Kindly make them to refund my money back to me. Fraud company unisyn enterprises.

He has asked to pay the money for rs 2015/- through paytm or debit card to install the 1tata sky connections. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now i did not receive any call from tatasky. The executive is not attending my calls and not giving me the current status. I am confused here.

A boy name vijay came to my house explain their plan of tata sky and i paid my money rs2020 via atm till now there is no response from unisyn enterprise they cheated my money. Kindly make them to refund my money. Now the boy vijay phone number is switched off. They told me installation process will be completed within 3 days. Till now no response. Kindly ask them to refund my money

A guy from unisyn enterprises named surender reddy, was here at my place on[protected], saying that he was from tata sky. He explained me everything about tata skys' dth services. Since i was already planning to change my dth services, i agreed to go with tata sky and then he asked me to pay sum of 2, 250/- only through paytm. After the payment, he left his number and informed us that we are supposed call him and ask for the dish connection prior a day. Now, he won't answer my calls and switches off his mobile in the evening. Why is tata sky even letting these out sourcing organizations handle it's work?

One of the executives from unisyn enterprises company came to my office on 17th april 2019 by name devendra deshmukh and with his senior komal gautam. He has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection and connection will be installed withn 5 to 7 working day. But till date have not installed tata sky dish connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now after a week also connection is not fixed at my home.

Hi my name is b. Aravind on 21 jan 2019 i applied for new connection one o[censored]r unisys entriprises agent came to us and taken documents. I have payed amount of rs 2015/- for telugu hd pack still now no one had called me r any information from them.
They told me that the amount will be refund in 10 working days but no respond from them...

They are not providing the company details also...

She has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money (₹ 2014/-) to unisyn enterprises on the same day on paytm. Till now i did not receive any call or message from tatasky. The executive is not attending my calls and not giving me the current status. I am confused here. I even reached out tatasky customer care they are saying its fake
How to proceed on its real pathatic that even tatasky such a big company r they aware of this fraud or not.
Please help me on this...

A person by name V ARUN REDDY has asked me to pay Rs. 2015/- through Paytm for a TATA SKY DISH connection on 07th March, 2019. He promised that the installation shall be done within maximum 4 days, however its been more than 10 days. The disgusting part is that he is not answering my calls/messages at all which makes me think that this company called 'UNISYN ENTERPRISES' is a fraudulent one. When I call their support care, the numbers doesn't work.

I request UNISYN to refund my money immediately!!! Being an authroized dealer for TATA SKY, this is a pathetic service.

He has asked to pay the money for Rs 4200/- through paytm to install the 2 tata sky connections. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now i did not receive any call from tatasky. He said an amount of Rs. 1100/- will be cash back in to my Tata Sky a/c. The executive is not attending my calls and not giving me the current status. I am confused here.

As they came on 31 march 2019 and showed us the offer within the 2500 and they forced us to pick their scheme by saying that this offer only valid only today we thought okay then spot transaction done they gave us the number after everything the next day when we called them they are not answering and they didn't even installed the dish set up box pls

I have booked tata sky new connection on30/03/19 thru ur representative vishal sharma by making payment of rs.4172/- by hdfc ch no 612136[protected]#qr[protected] time 12.47p. M. Instantly... Tata sky + hd with dhamaka offer 1 months free and then 750/- pm (Full month and not 28 days cycle) with permanent activation... And the payment was done in favour o[censored]nisyn enterprises (Appco groupindia) so pleae clarify y concern as there are lot of complaints regarding unisyn enterprises on this site... Hence i am really worried.. Receipt no:[protected] #qr[protected]. My contact no: [protected][protected]. And had promised to get installed withn 2-3 days...

2 members came to my apartment and asked whether we are interested in taking tatasky dth and we opted for it.
They said if we pay amount through paytm there is a discount of 750 rupees and collected 2015/- on
It's been 2 days the agents are not answering the calls.
I contacted tatasky care they said we have to reach to the dealer to whom we paid the amount. The numbers provided by then are not reachable.

On 24/02/2019 a sales girl visited my house and told that they are giving tata sky connection worth 4500/- at just 2015/- if pad through paytm for existing non tatasky dth customers who has qr code on there aadhaar cards. She also told that monthly hd telugu package is just 250/-. So i paid 2015/- through paytm and applied for connection. Later on same day i called tatasky helpline number and realized that 2015/- is the same amount that they offer for any customer and hd monthly rental is around 450/-. Immediately i asked that sales girl who is till visiting other flats in our apartment to cancel the connection, she told that refund will be received within 21 days. I am waiting for the refund from one month.

I request unisyn enterprises to refund my money as soon as possible.

Still didn't got any call from unisyn enterprises for the installation, who has informed that the services will be initiated and the dish will be installed in a day or two.. We have contacted on ph no[[protected]] and not even he picked my call. I tried much time to contact. We contacted tata sky no [protected] and they said it is not registered. As there is no response either from the dealer unisyn enterprises or from the technical personnel who have to install the dish, i request m/s. Tatasky to instruct m/s. Unisyn to refund my money immediately without any delay since the services have not been initiated as of 14.03.2019

A guy named sandeep came into our place and offered tata sky services on 09/03/2019.. I was in need of dth so paid the amount of 2019/- via paytm as per his suggestion. He told me that i will receive the id on monday and the installation will be done on tuesday.. I am just waiting for any response.. But didn't get any. So tried calling that guys number ([protected]).. He's not answering it.. Literally i have tried for an hour and understood that i was tricked. Contacted tata sky customer support through phone... They said they can't help.. Found this email address on the invoice.. So mailing to see if i can get any help..
I work in a bpo and 2019 is huge amount for me..

Unisyn enterprises india vide their receipt no. 299721 dated[protected] through paytm bearing no. [protected]dated[protected], to their representative mr. Shubham kumar staff i'd no. Jatd[protected], the service is not initiated till date i. E., the paytm has been realised by my paytm wallet on[protected] i have contacted m/s. Unisyn enterprises on mobile no.[protected], who have informed that the services will be initiated and the dish will be installed in a day or two. Till date nothing has been initiated. I have sent mail to [protected]@tatasky.com explaining the matter. They have replied to contact to[protected] from where i can get the status of my new connection installation. I called them on 8-3-2019 i. E., yesterday and they have informed that the matter is being redirected to the technical personnel who will get in touch with me in a couple of hours.

As there is no response either from the dealer m/s. Unisyn enterprises, or from the technical personnel who have to install the dish, i request m/s. Tatasky to instruct m/s. Unisyn to refund my money immediately without any delay since the services have not been initiated as of[protected].
