I returned a Nokia 6 to Amazon and they initiated the refund of Rs12, 999 on 31/5/2018 however I still didn't get the refund in my bank account[protected]. The transaction Digits were HSBCN[protected]. It's been too long since the usual one week to 10 day's gap that transactions of these kind normally take. Please look into the matter and release the amount into my bank account immediately.

It is to inform you that i prasenjit holding a account no.[protected] with you bank dum dum cantonment branch. From 08/06/2018 to 19/06/2018 i made so many transaction online and many of them are failed till no i dont get back any of them kindly cheek the account transaction and refund the whole amount as early as possible.
