[Resolved] United Bank Of India [UBI] — balance deducted even transaction was failed | |||
I had 8000/- rupees in my saving account. Yesterday (At 11:30 am 30/09/2018) i tried to withdraw 4000/- rupees from my account no-[protected] from a dcb bank atm. But when i entered my amount to withdraw and conformed it i got a message showing "your transaction is invalid". After that i went to an icici bank atm. There i deducted 4000/-. And i successfully deducted the amount. Then i checked the balance and i was shocked to see that i had 0.00 rupees left! They had deducted the "failed transaction" amount of dcb bank atm from my account! I can't believe that! Please help me. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
