United Bank Of India [UBI] — illegal tds deduction from govt. account and non issue of tds certificate.

As per provision of section 10 sub sec-26b of income tax act, no tds shall be deducted from this account as it deals sc st & obc community and it is govt. Account. Jyoti rajan mohanty, (M no-[protected]) the chief manager o[censored]bi, bankura illegally has deducted about rs.25, 00, 000/- as tds and no tds certificate issued. We made several communication to him and his higher authority such as ldm, regional manager of kolkata main branch o[censored]nited bank of india. None has taken any step.
Hence, kindly take legal action against him including suspension and arrange to refund the entire amount which he deducted from our account.
