Dear sir,
I aditi haoladar account holder o[censored]nited bank of india baruipur rail gate branch, dist. 24-pgs (S) kolkata-700144. 1000 (One thousand) rupees deducted from my a/c without any transactions dated 07/01/2019, at 07:31am. I did not withdraw 1000 (One thousand) rupees from my account at that same date & time. When i enqueried my ubi branch then branch checked & showed me that, there was no 1000 (One thousand) rupees transactions on their computer, so how can it be possible?
So pls help me to get back my deducted amount in my account.
I Will recharged rs..267.30..on26:12:2018, to phone pe..and recharged was failed but my money was debited...even my recharged was not successful...so please when will my money was refunded??? Plz sir my requested to my money was back

    I opted for debit card replacement for me and my mother but it took more than a decade to deliver to the postal address rather it delivered to my head post office and the card of my mother which i have got showed it has exceeded the amount of otp generation while first attempt and not only this it also rejected my card and auto issued another one, which is on the way and my card details don't know where is it, and customer service provider didn't pick up the call at all, can it be informed which kind of service provider is this, rubbish!!
    My account number is[protected] Yesterday 13/01/2019 I was transferring an amount of Rs 20006From UBI saving A/C through IMPS MOBILE banking this tranjuction was failure BUT amount was deducted from my account TRTR/[protected]/[protected] BUT STILL NOW IT DID NOT GET CREDITED TO MY UNITED BANK OF INDIA.SO please refund this amount..

I called amazon service they told me that they had already issued my refund & they gave a customer reference number and told me to wait 5 business day.             I had purchased a phone from amazon bt after that i cancelled it, the amount of product was 2, 999/-.. It was refunded from amazon on 7th january & they told me that the refund will be credited to my account by 10th of january.. Bt now it's 14th january, and the refund is not credited to my account..                 I am dissatisfied with the bank feed, because the branch manager had provided my solvency certification late. And for this reason our business suffered 60 million losses. And it is also clear that the branch manager deliberately harmed me.
                And in this matter bank have not been any action/decision.

                So please help us.

                  On 01.01.2019, two upi transaction is done (Each value 7500), 15000 rupees money is deducted from my ubi account no.[protected]Upi address - [protected]@okhdfcbank) but money is not added to receiver bank sbi account - [protected] (Upi address - [protected]@ybl). Upi references id of two transaction are[protected] and[protected].
                  I attach receiver bank statement from 29.12.18 to 11.01.19.

                  Two Transaction is done through paytm upi at 1st january from two account, and shown as successful, but money is not credited yet to beneficiary bank account.
                  Problem is Already on 10th day.plzzz try to do somthing, I m really under pressure.

                          It is acknowledge that my savings bank account number[protected] with your bank of baldevjew mandir branch, kendrapara (Branch code - 103, bank code - 027) had sent a new atm card. The atm card has been retained due to exceeding pin retry limit after generating the pin on 13/12/2018. Since then i have been unable to operate the card due to its blocking. Therefore, there has been no transaction since then.

                          I request you to kindly look into this matter earliest possible and unblock the atm card, so that i would be able to continue the transaction as soon as possible. Moreover, the toll free number ([protected]) has been of no profit in this case. And it usually reports busy and often convinient only for hotlisiting the card.

                                A refund was initiated from amazon on 28 nov 2018 of rs.359.20 for order #p[protected] on bewakoof.
                                But it is very disheartening that it is still not reflecting in my account. I have not received this much amount to my bank account.

                                (As provided by the amazon to assure that they have sent this amount to my bank)
                                Please take the concern and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
                                I have withdraw Rs. 10000 ( ten thousands only) from Axis bank ATM, NAGAMAPAL at 24/12/2018. The transaction was failed but the amounts has debited from my account.
                                Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                                    The sequence of events is as follows
                                    1. On 19th december, 2018 an amount of rs. 3110500 (Rupees thirty one lac ten thousand five hundred only) was withdrawn from my mother’s account at the above mentioned bank. The transaction was made by presenting a clone cheque in clearing.
                                    2. The cheque with the above mentioned cheque number is still with us in my mother’s cheque book clearly indicating that the cheque used was a fraud one with my mother’s fraud signature.
                                    3. Also the phone number linked with that account stopped working from 16.12.2018 without any notice from airtel. We simply thought that there was some problem with the sim until on 22.12.2018 i saw a whassap account being activated at the same number and suspected foul play.
                                    4. As my mother doesn’t check her bank account everyday, this came into our notice only on 24.12.2018. We immediately lodged a complaint in the duliajan branch o[censored]bi where after seeing the transaction details and the cheque book they confirmed that it was a case of withdrawal by a fraud cheque. We also immediately lodged a fir in duliajan police station.
                                    5. Now as the cheque is still with us, it is a case of sheer negligence on the bank’s part where they failed to verify the authenticity of the fraud cheque and made such a huge fraud transaction possible without informing or asking my mother even once.
                                    6. In such a case although we are well informed that the bank has to compensate the amount, we are still waiting for a written assurance from the bank that our money will be compensated.
                                    7. Our point remains valid that since my mother’s whole life’s earning is at stake due to no fault of her’s we want the money back at the earliest and we want a written assurance immediately
                                    Plz solve my problem... Plz refund my money... Its very urgent...
