United Bank Of India [UBI] — Refund not received to my account | |||
I paid 8007/- on 21th, December 2020 to Billdesk for buying an item from my nearest store Reliance Digital, Axis Mall, Rajarhat New Town, kolkata 700156, West Bengal while doing the transaction online through my paytm UPI the money had been deducted from my account instantly.Afterwards i got a call from the store & they said the item which i ordered was Display Item then i said them on call to cancell that order.As per refund policy they said the the refund amount will be credited in my account within 10 days.but already 10 days were passed through that 10 days i called customar care for several times but they repeatedly said the same things .Then on 4th January i mailed to Billdesk & explained my issue clearly through mail then on 5th january i got a reply by Billdesk through mail that they have checked the transaction details & find the payment via TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER-VHD[protected] for 8007/- has already been initiated & sent to bank for refund as on Dec 24, 2020.They suggested me to contact the transaction respective bank.I already contact with my transaction respective bank but bank told the deducted amount was not credited to my account .but already Billdesk gave me the transaction reference number for this refund money which was mentioned on the above.Till now i was not received my refunded amonut its already 15 days to gone.i request please take a necessary steps against my issue as soon as possible.all supporting documents has been attached along with this complain.
