United Bank Of India [UBI] — Regarding 428 rupees deducted from debit card

Dear Sir,
I am Priya Chowdhury daughter of Pijush Kumar Chowdhury a joint account number: [protected], holder in United Bank of India 25, Abinash Sarkar Road, Ariadaha Branch.Kol: 700076. i had used ATM for a net shopping booking from Voonik.com on dated:[protected]. amounted 428 Rupees. The amount deducted from the account but order not confirmed. Voonik. From Voonik acknowledge that amount did not reach to them & they cancelled the order. Several time tried to call in customer care o[censored]nited Bank of india but sometimes nobody responded or sometimes the line was busy. Below Massage i received in my registered GSM number:

Your UBI AC XX4083 is debited by Rs 428.0 on[protected]:14:09.Clear AC Bal Rs 13493.0. Prefer United Bank ATMs for improved service.

So please do your needful to return the amount to the same account as soon as you can.
