I have sent money from my ubi account[protected] on 5th may 2019 through 3 transaction as below but beneficiary not received .

I go to bank manager at santaldih branch, but he said I can not do any thing.he said this is your fault.

Kindly check and refund amount..

I booked train tickets from Paytm on 27.04.2019 but my booking failed. I Paid through a debit card whose amount was Rs. 170. Upon the booking failure, Paytm had returned the Rs.170 amount immediately to my bank account. But this amount has not been credited to my bank account since the bank . Please send the money quickly.
