I logged in ubi ebanking two days back. After login, the portal displayed a webpage asking for change of both login password & transaction password.
To change transacation password, i made necessary input. But, when i clicked
Submit button, the window closed and asked for login again. I followed the instruction. After a struggle for two days, i could change the login password. But my all attempts failed to change transaction password.
After three attempts the transaction password is rendered disabled.
I had important transaction to do. So, i tried transaction to a merchant via
Ebanking o[censored]bi but faced with the problem again. This time the inline message
In red read "the user is disabled for transaction".
The ubi does not have any option to reset transaction password via otp. I tried to reset using debit card. That too failed.
The ubi does have any online process of resetting password like almost
All other nationalized to the inconvences of the customer. They sings in the
Tune to visit the bank for this or that like registering email address, change mobile number, reset password by ipin etc.
In the wave of digitalization, the ubi is far behind with its orthodox procedure.
