United Colors Of Benetton — complaint is defected jacket

I bought a jacket from united colors of benetton store of 5500rs/-, quality issue is been processed within 15 days and after approval, they ask me to exchange the jacket but my size was not available, in that case i have to look for other options and the stuff which i choose were on 50% off, but they said that this offer could not be applicable in your case. I mean they didnt provided me option for online shopping from ucb site, neither i can take discounted things, nor i got same jacket in my size. And now they told me to come next time when new stock reaches to store they will inform me. It was a very bad experience, right now i am just waiting for to sort out this issue, i will never ever visit ucb's store again.
