My mother was recently in feurteventura in the canaries last week and bought a number of items from your store as gifts for my 3 month old twins.
When she returned to Ireland with the gifts I noticed one tshirt had a hole in it. This item was reduced but it did not say anything on the tag that the item was damaged nor did the staff inform her of this. We felt that this was just bad luck though, and were not upset. My son wore the tshirt that day.
The few days later I turned the tshirt inside out to iron it and noticed that the care label was also damaged and was nearly completely missing. There were two rusty staples sticking out of the tag. I have attached photos.
I cannot understand why anyone would place staples on the inside tag of baby clothing! Had these scratched my extremely young baby they may have given him an infection. Baby products are some of the most highly safety regulated items in the world. I'm sure you can understand my concern discovering this.
When I told my mother about this she said that she was also treated very disrespectfully by the staff in the shop that day and almost left without buying the items she had picked out.

Bought a ucb bag 10 months ago but that last for only one and half month and then I exchange it from ucb store karol bagh but again the same problem after 6 months.quality of bags is very poor.
