Hi i bought ucb top from bangalore forum mall store on 17/09/2017. Item no 17a1092d901. Hsn code 61102000 worth rs 2499/-. After delivery i tried at home once and noticed the top was defective n loose on me. So i decided to exchange it from store. Surprisingly the store manager refused to exchange the product and argued with me. It was the worst experience i ever had. I went to exchange within 7 days of purchase.
