I went to Benetton, the Santacruz Store in the morning and got a lovely assistance from the crew at the store, have been going to Benetton for a really long time and infact went to the store thrice today itself, but sadly my last trip to the store turned into a complete mess, and all thanks to an employee named Ankita at the billing counter as she was sitting and making faces and I had asked her for a suggestion form to add that you’ll should start “ credit notes “ like the other stores, and her reply to it was that we don’t do things like that and look it up online really rudely, and when asked for her name she refused and started yelling and fighting at the store, I did have a slight confusion about the exchange of a few items and how I had to buy something worth 600/- but I’m sorry the way Ankita spoke was really really bad, and said a lot of things which normally doesn’t really happen in hospitality and specially when you’re dealing wih customers, so if you could please look into this matter and teach your staff that, the store isn’t their home to yell and scream at YOUR customers. And I being a Customer did not appreciate that at all. Kindly look into this matter.
And also if you’ll could please start credit note services. Her name is Ankita, billihg counter at the Santacruz Benetton Store. And please teach her a few tips on Customer Services and Hospitality. She really needs it. Was this information helpful? |
