I bought a blue jeans from Benetton Himayat nagar store, the one next to cream stone, for Rs.3000. Immediately after i reached home after making the purchase, i realised that the product was defective as it had a hole made in the area of the inner thigh. I went back the next day to the store with the product and reported the issue. The in store manager said they will have to take approval for the resolution and they will get back. This was in August, 2019. They have never got back and post that, it was the onset of COVID and i could never get back, as i was busy with my personal life events also immediately after that. I have been following up for the last 6 months and the response i get is, it has already given to you after the resolution, so there's nothing we can do abt it. How much ever i tell them that nobody contacted me and i haven't received it, or how much ever i ask them if there's any proof of them giving it to me (phone communication or email or inStore receipt or feedback or anything), it's falling on deaf ears and they are telling me to go do whatever I can! I have been a regular customer o[censored]cb, so much that records show that i have shopped for more 4L in 4-5 yrs, but now, i hate the brand, all because of their unruly behaviour and arrogance.
