Visited r city mall on friday 7th feb, where i found the shop o[censored]cb, outside the store, board stated as flat 50% off*/ new collection inside store* / conditions apply * Store person welcomed / greeted me in a great manner as in general, i started selecting the apparels (Ladies section) according the the required size, wherein i did not bother to ask the cost as i know the brand well, after selecting 4 tops, went to the billing counter, the person at the desk shocked me stating, there is no discounts on the apparel choose by you, as discounts are not available in ladies section. He, did not even bother to inform me at the time of selecting the apparel, as other brands specify at first, neither he said that this is completely fresh and non sale products, the selection time taken was almost more than 20 minutes, i asked him, what is written on the board outside, why it was not mentioned as the discount not on womens section, he could not justify my queries and bluntly denied to opt for discounts, i informed him to talk to you store manager, he denied for the same, as if he was not even sorry of his serving wrong information to me. Lastly, i selected amongst, purchased 1 top and paid fully and went out of the store, he was such a untrained sales executive, wherein he had no interest in customer loyalty as well as he did not even changed the board at that time and even after 30 min, i saw, the board was same as it is.
