I have been shopping with UCB since my teenage and it has always been one of my classy brand.I shopped in the UCB stores in london, Delhi and Chandigarh.However I am very disappointed with the service I 've experienced this time in the store and i felt like never returning to the brand which doesn't even have professionals or at least the people with etiquette's.
Before proceeding further and explaining you the scenario, I would like to ask you three simple questions which might be in your rule books as well:-
First WHAT ARE YOUR PROCEDURES OR STANDARD TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER AS SOON AS He/she enters the store?
Second What are the things salesman (if attending) should convey to the customer while showing your clothes?
Third What are the procedures over the till while or before billing the clothes?
It would be appreciative if I could receive the response as early as possible.As these are the questions related to your standards.Once I receive the answers I would love to explain all what happened And how pathetic experience it was.
