Had bought a blue coloured jeggings of benetton make, from one of the lifestlye shops at gurugram. The jeggings have started having burrs all over after 2-3 times wear. Had gone to show the jegging at one of the bentton stores. The salespeople were rather rude, and said they cant do anything. All they can suggest is try putting a complaint and maybe i can get it exchanged. I would really appreciate some positive response fron this multinational brand.

I am harish shah [protected] I got message stating your 500 color club points will expire on[protected] . when I approached stores on[protected] i was told that redemption only against purchase of Rs.2000/-.This was mentioned in other message.usually such points could be claimed against purchase of irrespective of amount. Is it fair reply ?
