Dear Benetton team
My name is Abhishek, & I am writing this mail for either refund or replacement of this sleeper which I bought in the month of March from BENETTON showroom Citi one mall, Pimpri & am very shocked that such a product has been in so bad condition in just one month time, after buying this product, I went to Delhi for one of my project work for 3 months, this sleeper has been hardly used as just in 10-15 days, this was in a very poor condition so that I could wear it & go anywhere outside .
I just want to ask a question if I buy a local sleeper which will cost me just 100 bucks, that even runs for 6-7 months & paying such a good amount & that to be a brand of Benetton, if this is the condition, I am really surprised why will be buy it den ...
I have comeback to Pune now & visited your showroom of Pimpri, they told me to contact customer care.
Hence mailing you .
I just need my refund or replacement or you guys issue me a credit note for the same amount so that I can go n take any other product
