United Colors Of Benetton — Purse purchased is not of good quality

We had purchased 4-5 purses in January . We kept couple of them for later use. When I took the purse for use, I was surprised that the cover of the handle started pealing. Never before did I encounter such problems in the past and currently also out of the 4 purses only 1 purse is having this issue. Request you to either replace the purse or re-imburse the charges.
